How to search on the site?

On the left hand side of the homepage you will find an overview of all categories. Click on the desired category to see the sub categories. Continue browsing through the categories until you find the products you are looking for.

On the left hand side of the homepage you will find a section ‘Manufacturers’ Click on the arrow and select the Manufacturer/Brand of your choice. You will now get a list of all products of the selected brand. Continue browsing until you find the products you are looking for.

On the right hand side of the homepage you will find the ‘Quick Search’ box. Type in a word, push the button and you will find the results listed. You can also use the advanced search tool (below the Quick Search button) Here you can search on category, price, manufacturer and date.

How to select a product?

If you are satisfied with the information and you want to select the product, just click on "Add to cart". You have still not ordered a product and are free to continue your search and add additional products to your cart.

How does the shopping cart work?

In all times, you can view the content of your cart on the right hand side of every page (Shopping Cart) Click on the arrow to view the details.

You can add a product to your shopping cart by selecting the button ‘Buy Now’ next to every product or you can select the ‘Add to cart’ button on the detailed product page.

To remove a product from your shopping cart, just click on the ‘Remove’ box in the shopping cart page. Click on update and the product will be removed!

How can I order

Before finalizing you order, you will receive a full overview. You still have the possibility to change or cancel your order. After you have run made your final decision, and you have run through the payment process/instructions, you will receive a confirmation by email. In this mail, you will find all necessary information.

Ordering a gift voucher:

• Pick one of our voucher in the gift voucher section. Want another amount? Then send a mail to info@triathlonshop.be together with your details (name, address) and the amount of the gift voucher you want to give.
• You will receive a payment invitation via email together with the necessary details.
• After receipt of the payment, Triathlonshop.be will send you a numbered gift voucher. On the voucher you can indicate who is giving the voucher and who is the lucky one to receive it.
• The voucher can be used one year from the issue date

Using a gift voucher:

• If you want to use a gift voucher, please send a mail to info@triathlonshop.be and mention voucher number, amount and expiry date.
• You will receive a mail with a discount coupon code for the amount mentioned on the gift voucher.
• With this code, you can deduct the gift voucher amount from your order on the site.

When buying a bike it is very important to get the right info, service and support. Therefore Triathlonshop.be has concluded an agreement with Bike World, a well known bike shop specialised in time trial bikes and gear.

How to order your frameset?

• Choose your frameset on our site
• Pick your size. Use the technical info you will find on each product page.
• Not sure which size to pick? Choose option ‘?’ in the sizes dropdown box
• Continue with your order. You will receive a confirmation by mail.
• Go to Bike World with your confirmation. You will receive a free measure session ensuring you pick the right size.
• Triathlonshop.be will inform you when your bike is ready to be delivred. You can pick it up or it will be sent to you (Belgium and Netherlands)

I want to add extra components, is this possible?
Want to add wheels, saddle, pedals, gear system? No problem. Let us know which components you would like to add by mailing to info@triathlonshop.be and we will get you an interesting offer.
