How will my package be delivered?
All packages are sent by Taxipost (Belgian Postal Services) Your package is delivered to you personally by the mailman.
If you are not home at that time, a card will be put in your mailbox and the package will be kept at the local post office. You can pick it up for a period of 14 days. On your request, the package can be delivered a second time. You can even choose another address, without any additional costs!
Thanks to the Taxipost barcode on the package, you will be able to trace the delivery of the packages in Belgium.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is different for every product and is indicated on the product detail page. The average delivery time is about 2 to 5 days.
You will receive a message when your message has been sent to you.
Triathlonshop.be will do everything to respect the mentioned delivery times. You will be informed immediately in case of delay.
What does Triathlonshop.be charge for the delivery?
For deliveries to Belgium, Holland, Germany and Luxemburg we charge you a fixed rate of 4.78€ per shipment (not depending on the number of items!). We charge no delivery costs for orders from 100€ onwards!

Free shipment?
As mentioned above we charge no delivery costs for shipments in Belgium starting from 100€.
On some products and during specific periods we will charge no delivery costs for shipments to Benelux + France. Please check out our site on a regular basis or subscribe to our newsletter!
Can I return received goods?
Wrong size? Something wrong with your delivery? You can return your shipment back to Triathlonshop.be Please see link for more details and conditions.
Does Triathlonshop.be have all products available on stock?
For most of our product range, we have stock availabe. Thanks to the excellent agreements with our suppliers, we can deliver your products within the metntioned delivery terms.
Can I fit a clothing article?
Triathlonshop.be sells a lot of clothing articles (wetsuits, trisuits, running and cycling clothes...) To help you choose the right size, we have size charts available for you (see "Size Charts")
However, should you have doubts whether you have chosen the right size, we offer you the possibility to come and fit your ordered article. (our address, see "about Triathlonshop.be")
Instructions:
- Choose your product and put it in your shopping basket (pick the size you think is correct, based on the size charts)
- Continue with the ordering procedure
- During the procedure, you will be able to add a comment to your order. Please indicate here that you want to come over to Triathlonshop.be and fit the ordered product.
- Continue the ordering and payment process, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email
- Triathlonshop.be will make sure the right sizes are available. We will contact you via phone to set a date.
- You come over, you fit your article and you go home with the right size!
