How will my package be delivered?

If you are not home at that time, a card will be put in your mailbox and the package will be kept at the local post office. You can pick it up for a period of 14 days. On your request, the package can be delivered a second time. You can even choose another address, without any additional costs!

Thanks to the Taxipost barcode on the package, you will be able to trace the delivery of the packages in Belgium.

What is the delivery time?

Triathlonshop.be will do everything to respect the mentioned delivery times. You will be informed immediately in case of delay.

What does Triathlonshop.be charge for the delivery?

We charge no delivery costs for orders from 100€ onwards! (Belgium)

For Netherlands and Luxemburg, we charge a fixed rate of 6,5€ per shipment. For the other European countries the fixed cost is set to 12€

• During the procedure, you will be able to add a comment to your order. Please indicate here that you want to come over to Triathlonshop.be and fit the ordered product.
• Continue the ordering and payment process, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email
• Triathlonshop.be will make sure the right sizes are available. We will contact you via phone to set a date.
• You come over, you fit your article and you go home with the right size!
