  1. I am not sure about the size, what do I have to do?
    • Via Size charts you can consult the sizes of clothing and shoes. We have a very good experience with those sizes. Just send us a mail for advice and chose the right size. If you think the risk is too big you can contact us to pass by and try the clothes or shoes.
  2. Where can I see if a certain product is on stock?
    • The status of a product can always be found on the specific product page. You will find an indication whether a product is immediately available or if there will be a wait. Products not figuring on the website obviously have to be ordered and thus have a longer delivery time.
  3. Can I consult the status of my orders?
    • You can consult the status of your orders on your account. You will have to be logged in and navigate to My Account.
  4. Can I return my order?
    • You can return your order within 30 days after expedition. Please announce your return by mail and do not postpone the return. More information on returns can be found on the returnpage.
  5. How can I pay online in a secure way?
    • With Triathlonshop your payment is being processed in a 100% safe way. For the payment you are redirected to a safe zone where you can choose between different payment methods. During the payment process you can also chose for payment by normal transfer.
  6. I cannot find a certain product on the website, can I still buy it?
    • When searching for a specific product and the brand is available on the brands page, please contact us. Normally all products of the available brands are available for sale.
  7. Can I turn in to try a product?
    • Yes, but an appointment is mandatory. We don’t have a shop but we will be glad to see you in our stockroom. Our stockroom is not always manned, so you will have to make an appointment by mail. Always let us know what you are looking for and when you could pass by.
  8. What happens with the delivery when I am not at home?
    • When you are not at home at delivery, you will be notified with a notelet in your mailbox. You will have to collect your parcel at the post office. bPost will not attempt a second delivery. If you know you won’t be at home in advance, you can choose to state another delivery address. Standard delivery is between 10.00 and 16.00.
  9. Can I have my order delivered on another address?
    • Having your order delivered on another address is no problem. As standard delivery is between 10.00 and 16.00, it can be interesting to indicate your work address. You can indicate an address when completing the payment. Make sure all data are correct and mention for instance the company name or the name of the addressee.
  10. How can I exchange my gift voucher?
    • Exchanging a gift voucher always takes places on completion of your order. The indicated code has to be entered to claim the reduction. In case the voucher does not work anymore, its expiration date is past.
  11. In which way a gift voucher is sent to the addressee after I have paid for it?
    • A gift voucher is sent by mail to the addressee. We had a unique gift card developed on which we enter all data. Should you want a specific text to be written on it, please let it know upon purchase. Gift vouchers don’t have delivery time hence they are sent immediately after receipt of the payment.
  12. What is the validity of a gift voucher?
    • Unless otherwise stated a gift voucher has a 1-year validity. The information is stated on the product description and on the voucher itself. The order date is always the start of the 1-year period. Coupons can have a deviating validity.
  13. Are you willing to sponsor me?
    • Triathlonshop only acts as a sponsor for events. We don’t believe in personal sponsoring as the reached audience is too limited. Should you however have an amazing proposal for cooperation you can always try by mail via info@triathlonshop.be. Event organizers also can contact us via this e-mail address.
  14. How can I hire a wetsuit?
    • To hire a wetsuit, you have to send a mail in advance to reserve it. Always mention your name and address together with your size and weight. We will then communicate on shipment or collection by mail. More information on the hiring of wetsuits can be found in the rental menu.
  15. Can I return my order for free if I am not satisfied with the size/colour?
    • Triathlonshop does not offer free return unless agreed otherwise. Returns are always at your own expense and have to be announced by mail. More information on returns can be found in the Terms and Conditions and on Returns and exchanges. Triathlonshop offers labels at a price of €4,95.
  16. Which wetsuit will I receive when hiring one?
    • We always send beginners wetsuits. Those are wetsuits that will allow you to bring your first/exceptional triathlon experience to a good end. Should you need to have a better quality wetsuit, you need to contact us in advance.
  17. Which brands do you offer in your web shop?
    • Via the web shop we offer a selection of products specifically designed for swimmers, runners, bikers, triathletes and duathletes. Should a product you are looking for not be available on the website, please contact us by mail. A list of the brands we distribute can be found on the Brands page.
  18. Do you accept deferred payments?
    • Deferred payments are not accepted on Triathlonshop. Shipment of your product starts after receipt of the payment by us. Hence the easiest option is to choose for an online payment. In case of a transfer you have to take into account a longer delivery period.
  19. How about the expiration date of sports nutrition?
    • The expiration date of products is always far enough in the future so you have a surplus for consuming them. Should you esteem the expiration date is too short notice, please contact us by mail.
